INTRODUCTION
Welcome to Blink.
These Merchant Terms explain how you can use Blink to sell your products, and how Blink operates as part of that process.
By creating an account or using Blink, you agree to these terms, along with any related policies, agreements (including data processing terms), and guidelines referenced here. Together, these form the complete agreement between you and Blink, and may be updated from time to time.

KEY TERMS
To keep things simple, here’s what we mean when we use certain words:
Account Data
Everything you upload, create, store, or manage inside your Blink account, including activity from any team members.
Customer
Anyone (individual or business) who buys your product through Blink.
Customer Terms
The terms shown to customers during checkout that govern their purchase.
Confidential Info
Non-public information shared between you and Blink—business, technical, financial, or otherwise—that is expected to stay private.
Blink (Owned by NAYZAK DESIGN - FZCO)
The company providing the platform and checkout infrastructure.
Merchant (you)
Any individual or business using Blink to sell products.
Merchant Account
Your Blink account where you manage products, payments, and activity.
Payout
The amount you receive after fees, taxes, refunds, and other adjustments.
Product
Anything you sell through Blink (digital products, SaaS, memberships, etc.).
Service
Blink’s platform, including checkout, payments, payouts, and related tools.
HOW BLINK WORKS
Blink lets you sell your products anywhere—your website, social links, or direct checkout links—using Blink’s checkout system.
When a customer buys:
Blink handles the payment flow
Blink acts as the merchant of record
Blink charges the customer and issues the invoice
Blink calculates and handles applicable taxes
What Blink handles
Processing payments
Issuing invoices to customers
Managing tax collection and remittance
Fraud detection and payment security
Platform infrastructure and reporting
What you’re responsible for
Creating and delivering your product
Making sure your product works as described
Ensuring your product is legal and doesn’t violate rights
Handling customer support and communication
Managing refunds and post-sale experience
Paying your own business taxes (income, corporate, etc.)
Blink does not create, host, or maintain your product. You own the experience end-to-end.
Customers may interact with Blink for payments, but your relationship with them remains your responsibility.
USING BLINK
To get started, you’ll need to create an account with accurate and complete information.
You’re responsible for:
Keeping your login details secure
Everything that happens under your account
Any content or data you upload
You confirm that:
You have the rights to use and share everything you upload
Your content does not violate laws or third-party rights
If your business details change (country, tax info, etc.), you must update them promptly.
Blink may limit or block access in certain regions or for specific use cases.
VERIFICATION & COMPLIANCE
To use Blink fully (including payouts), you’ll need to complete verification.
This may include:
Identity checks
Business verification
AML (anti-money laundering) screening
We may ask for additional documents at any time.
If verification isn’t completed or information is inaccurate, Blink may:
Pause your account
Delay or hold payouts
Restrict features
ACCEPTABLE USE
Blink is built for selling legitimate products.
You agree not to:
Use Blink for illegal, harmful, or misleading activities
Upload false or deceptive information
Sell restricted or regulated products without proper authorization
Interfere with or attempt to break the platform
Distribute malware or harmful code
Blink may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these rules.
FEES
Blink charges a simple transaction fee for each sale. This typically includes:
A percentage of the transaction
A fixed fee per transaction
Fees are deducted before your payout.
Some features may be free, while others may require payment. If something becomes paid, you’ll be notified before being charged.
PAYOUTS
Blink collects payments from customers and sends you your earnings after deductions.
Payouts:
Are sent to your selected bank account
Follow a set schedule (visible in your dashboard)
May require a minimum balance
Payouts can be delayed if needed for:
Fraud checks
Chargebacks or refunds
Legal or compliance reasons
You’re responsible for any bank or currency fees on your side.
REFUNDS & CHARGEBACKS
Refunds are initiated by you through Blink.
Blink may also issue refunds if required (e.g. disputes, legal requirements, duplicate payments).
You’re financially responsible for:
Refunds
Chargebacks
Related fees
Blink may deduct these from your payouts.
TAXES
Blink handles:
Sales tax / VAT collection
Tax calculation based on the customer location
Customer invoicing
You handle:
Your own income/business taxes
Reporting your earnings
You should not:
Invoice customers separately for Blink transactions
Collect payments outside Blink for those transactions
SUPPORT & AVAILABILITY
Blink provides support for platform-related questions.
We aim to keep things running smoothly, but occasional downtime or maintenance may happen.
We’ll do our best to:
Fix issues quickly
Communicate major updates
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Blink owns the platform, software, and infrastructure.
You get a limited license to use Blink to run your business.
You may not:
Copy, modify, or reverse-engineer Blink
Resell or misuse the platform
You retain ownership of your content, but grant Blink permission to use it to operate and improve the service.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Blink may include integrations or links to third-party tools.
We don’t control or guarantee those services and aren’t responsible for their performance.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Both you and Blink agree to keep shared non-public information private.
This applies during and after your use of the platform.
DATA & PRIVACY
Blink processes data as part of providing the service.
Details are available in our Privacy Policy and any applicable data agreements.
DISCLAIMERS
Blink’s role is limited to payments and infrastructure.
We are not responsible for:
Your product quality or delivery
Customer disputes
Legal compliance of your business
You’re running your business—Blink just powers the engine.
LIABILITY
To the extent allowed by law:
Blink is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
Total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 6 months
You agree to cover any claims or damages caused by:
Your products
Your actions
Violations of these terms or laws
UPDATES TO TERMS
We may update these terms.
If changes are significant, we’ll notify you in advance. Continued use means you accept the updates.
TERMINATION
You can stop using Blink anytime.
Blink may suspend or terminate access if:
Terms are violated
Fraud or risk is detected
Required by law
After termination:
You must stop using Blink
Pending payouts will still be processed
LEGAL
These terms are governed by applicable laws based on Blink’s operating entity.
Disputes will first aim to be resolved informally.
FINAL NOTES
If any part of these terms is invalid, the rest still applies.
You can’t transfer your account without permission.
Blink may transfer its rights as part of business operations.
